Kelli is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over ten years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults facing a wide variety of challenges including mood disorders, anxiety, grief, trauma, interpersonal relationships, and life changes. She has experience working with members of the LGBTQ+ community and is welcoming of all individuals.
Kelli graduated with her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Westminster College in 2015 after completing her Bachelor’s in Psychology from the same institution. Through her experiences, Kelli has worked with individuals, families, and groups in outpatient, intensive outpatient, and day treatment settings. She appreciates the courage and personal strength it takes to ask for help and feels fortunate to work with people who are looking to improve their lives. Kelli approaches therapy from a Client-Centered Perspective, but also incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques into her work. She is also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). In her spare time, Kelli enjoys spending time with her family and friends, attending sporting events, reading, and traveling. |
