Neurofeedback Therapy

According to Psychology Today, “neurofeedback, also known as EEG (electroencephalogram) biofeedback, is a therapeutic intervention that provides immediate feedback from a computer-based program that assesses a client’s brainwave activity. The program then uses sound or visual signals to reorganize or retrain these brain signals.”

Anxiety, ADHD, and other issues that can impact your executive functioning may be treatable with neurofeedback, as highlighted in the news story by CNN, November 2015:

At Summit Community Counseling, we have providers who are experienced and certified to provide neurofeedback therapy as a treatment option for select symptoms and disorders.

Happiness is an attitude. We either make ourselves miserable or happy and strong. The amount of work is the same.
