Halo Family Services
Halo Family Services was founded in 2016 to help make mental health recovery a reality in our community of Salt Lake City, UT. We envision providing the next generation of mental health treatment, including comprehensive wraparound services. Individualized casework, dedicated skills development, and access to needed resources are the cornerstones to achieving this vision.
With your help, we can reach three crucial goals:
- First, we can ensure the continued success of our mentoring program for at-risk youth.
- We can continue to provide the vital mental health services that our client families count on.
- And third, your donation can provide basic needs for our client families such as clothing and infant supplies.
The objective of our mentoring initiative is to provide disadvantaged youth with positive self-esteem, values, and a sense of a future that includes education, career, and stable relationships. Youth ages 18 and under, who are at-risk for any reason, may participate in our program at no cost. No insurance is required. Each youth will be given a mental health assessment and provided therapy if needed.
Our charitable mental health initiative provides funds to individuals to cover or subsidize the cost of mental health treatment. The objective of this program is to help make mental health recovery a reality for thousands of individuals who could not afford it otherwise. Specifically, this program targets aiding individuals who do not have health insurance or those who still cannot afford care despite having insurance coverage.
Happiness is an attitude. We either make ourselves miserable or happy and strong. The amount of work is the same.
