Holly is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor at the Taylorsville office. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Utah Valley University in Orem Utah and Master’s degree from Walden University. Holly has experience with LGBTQIA+ clients, adults and children with ADHD, and trauma processing.
Holly uses a client-centered approach by using Expressive Sandplay Therapy, Play Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Holly has completed EMDR training through the EMDR Institute and is working towards becoming an EMDRIA Certified EMDR provider. Holly enjoys spending time with her dogs, knitting, and playing video games. |
