We are living in a time we never dreamed of; a pandemic of devastating proportions. It has impacted every country, every city, and every neighborhood. Not only is the fear of getting the virus invading us, but the economic fallout is also taking its toll in every corner of the world.

In these times of great uncertainty, many people will deal with greater stress and anxiety. Grief can also show up in many forms such as job loss, financial loss, loss of freedom in our daily activities and recreation as well as the loss of loved ones.

How do we deal with this new normal that does not seem normal at all? How do we cope with the stress, fear, anxiety, and grief that comes with these unprecedented times?
