Dr. Casey Strong is a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in comprehensive neuropsychological assessments for clients across the lifespan. He earned his doctorate from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in Washington, DC, and completed an APA-accredited doctoral internship at the Mid-Atlantic Internship Consortium, where he conducted neuropsychological evaluations and delivered evidence-based therapies for children, adults, and families.
His postdoctoral fellowship in Denver, Colorado, honed his expertise in assessing psychological (e.g., mood, anxiety, trauma-related disorders), neurodevelopmental (e.g., ADHD, learning disorders), and neurocognitive conditions (e.g., cognitive decline, traumatic brain injury). With extensive experience in multidisciplinary outpatient, residential, and private practice settings, he brings a deep understanding of how to use testing to clarify challenges and help clients move forward with confidence. At Summit Community Counseling, he conducts thorough neuropsychological assessments to empower clients with personalized roadmaps for improved well-being. Outside of his practice, Dr. Strong enjoys time with family and friends, athletic pursuits—like Brazilian jiu-jitsu, running, rock climbing, and biking—and engaging his intellectual curiosity through reading and thoughtful discussions. |
