Vicki is an Associate Clinical Mental Health Counselor. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from the University of Washington, followed by a Master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from City University of Seattle in 2006. Specializing in depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues, Vicki has experience working with individuals of all ages, couples, families, and groups in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including programs focused on addiction. She employs a client-centered, holistic approach, integrating evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Emotion Focused Individual Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy. Through empathic listening, she is committed to supporting her clients on their journey by creating a safe, non-judgmental space for them to explore their concerns and feelings. Recognizing the courage and personal strength required to seek assistance, Vicki considers it an honor to work with individuals dedicated to improving their lives.
Outside of her professional practice, Vicki enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, participating in choir, hiking, reading, visiting museums, fitness training, and engaging in art. She is the mother of three children and nine grandchildren. |
