Meghan is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. She received her Master in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from California Lutheran University in 2013. She completed her undergraduate degree in Psychology with a minor in Child and Adolescent Development at California State University – Fullerton. For the past year and a half, Meghan has worked with autistic individuals and their families. She has also helped run social groups.
Meghan enjoys working with individuals throughout the life span. She has experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. Meghan’s approaches to therapy include, but are not limited to, a Client-Centered Approach, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solutions-Focused Therapy. Meghan recently moved to Utah from Anaheim, California. Meghan enjoys spending time with her husband, friends, and family. She enjoys watching movies, baking, photography, and traveling. Meghan has enjoyed exploring Utah and is always up for trying new restaurants and finding fun things to do. |
