Karma Fry is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, and families to build stronger, healthier relationships and heal from trauma. Her approach is psychodynamic, helping clients understand how past experiences influence their present challenges. She uses EMDR to support trauma processing and takes an attachment-focused approach in her work with couples and families.
Karma earned her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute and her bachelor’s in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Utah, where she also completed a graduate certificate in Conflict Resolution. Her background in social justice and mediation shapes her therapeutic approach, emphasizing understanding, connection, and respect for each person’s unique experience. She strives to create a supportive, down-to-earth space where clients feel safe to explore their inner world and move toward meaningful growth. |
